Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Back Office Operations to support the day-to-day operations of our Rating Department. The role involves managing documentation, maintaining MIS, coordinating with internal teams and credit rating agencies and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes throughout the credit rating lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare mandates and maintain documentation for credit rating assignments.
- Coordinate with credit rating agencies for rating letters, tax invoices, rationale links, NDS, rating withdrawals and other operational deliverables.
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers and operational records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with rating agencies and cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless coordination and resolve operational queries.
- Manage document repositories and ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
- Provide operational support to the Rating, Business Development and Analytical Support teams.




- Handle routine administrative and coordination activities related to the end-to-end credit rating process.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Backend Operations roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
