- Lead current product development and innovation in Bakery products.
- Develop and optimise bakery formulations, recipes, blends, ingredients, and processes.
- Conduct lab, plant trials, sensory evaluation, and stability studies.
- Work with ingredient suppliers and flavour houses for bakery ingredient trials and optimisation.
- Support product claims, artwork finalisation, and 3P manufacturing/packing evaluation.
