Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, & other portals
Screen candidates based on technical skills and job requirements
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups
Manage multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closures
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
What Were Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment
Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple requirements effectively
