Role & responsibilities
RBB Relationship Management / Branch Banking
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers through effective portfolio management.
- Drive sales of CASA, deposits, investments, insurance, loans and other retail banking products.
- Acquire current customers through branch leads, referrals, field activities and networking.
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable banking solutions through cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve assigned business, revenue and portfolio growth targets while ensuring high customer service standards.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, compliance, documentation and bank policies in all customer interactions.
