Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for current hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation.

- Conduct classroom sessions to train employees on various aspects of their roles and responsibilities.

- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and develop targeted training solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre Training.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
