Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue management.
- Oversee collections, cash application, customer reconciliations and outstanding/aging balances.
- Manage deductions, disputes and billing discrepancies, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Monitor OTC process performance, SLAs/KPIs, cash flow and revenue-related reports and drive timely closure of issues.
- Lead the OTC team/process, manage escalations and support process improvements, controls and operational efficiency.
