Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PLC Engineer with deep expertise in Siemens automation
technologies to join our team. This role will support factory automation projects for high-
performance industrial environments. You will be involved in the complete lifecycle of
automation projects, from programming and testing to remote commissioning and support.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement Siemens PLC programs (TIA Portal, S7 series)
Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC or equivalent)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, controls) to deliver
integrated systems

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
Create and maintain detailed project documentation (FDS, testing plans, manuals)
Provide support post-deployment to optimise system performance




Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs
Proficiency in TIA Portal, Step 7, and WinCC HMI/SCADA development
Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs;
Experience in automating systems related to high-volume manufacturing or logistics
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
