Roles and Responsibility

1. Conduct deep dive discovery calls to understand prospective members' needs and provide personalized solutions.
2. Explain the MetaGo program and guide prospects toward enrollment.
3. Build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and persuasion.
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a structured ramp-up period.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
5. Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
6. Ability to work 6 days per week with rotational off days (weekdays only).
