Job Description:

- We are looking for a proactive Junior Event Management Executive to assist in managing event operations and ensuring smooth execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, activations, and other experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and coordinating event activities.
- Support senior event managers in event execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and production teams.
- Assist with event schedules, checklists, budgets, and logistics.
- Support venue visits, setup, rehearsals, and event-day execution.
- Coordinate event materials, branding, equipment, and manpower.
- Assist in client and guest coordination.
- Monitor event activities and escalate operational issues.
- Support post-event dismantling, documentation, and reporting.
