- We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle customer queries while identifying sales opportunities and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order/service requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.




- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer support reports.
