Preparing offers / quotations and sending the same to clients

Following up with customers about their order status.

Maintaining reports & databases about the clients and offers

Co-ordination with sales team and accounts team for dispatches

Sending dispatch details to the clients

Coordination with transporters

Searching potential clients and generate sales leads by doing proactive marketing via emails,

phone calls, etc.

Handling exhibition related tasks

Responding to customer queries and providing them with required details/documents

Assisting with digital marketing & co-ordinating with the social media design agency for design

creatives for marketing & promotional activitie
