Role & responsibilities

- Preparation of Sales Order
- Co-ordination with Factory/ Transporter
- Regularly tracking of the status

productions/ dispatches against sales

order

- Compliances with Customer on payments
- Analysis of product sales
- Comparison of sales/product year wise /

Customer wise.

- Preparing / Submitting require

documents to customers.

- Follow up with accounts for payment

queries

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of Sale Transactions

Knowledge of E-Invoicing, E- Way Bill

Knowledge of Sales / customer data

requirement etc.

Knowledge of working on ERP systems

like Tally /SAP

Good with accounting knowledge

GST, TDS / TCS etc. knowledge

Valuable with Excel (preferable with Advance

Excel)

Analytical & solution-oriented work

approach

- Good Communication skills, Presentable
- Knowledge of Sales Accounting,
