Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR MIS Executive to manage workforce data, generate operational reports, and support HR decision-making through accurate analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports (recruitment, onboarding, attrition, attendance, and manpower).
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HRMS.
- Analysis: Track key HR metrics and analyze data patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Compliance: Maintain confidential employee records and support HR audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in HR, Business, Commerce,



or related fields (MBA in HR is an advantage).
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation).
- Tools: Experience with HRMS platforms (SAP, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.). Knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in BPO, Shared Services, BFSI, or Corporate HR environments.

- Gender: Male candidates preferred.
- Commute: Candidates residing in or near Kurla will be preferred.
