- Provide technical support for SAP Basis infrastructure, including HANA database administration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to system performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of configuration changes and troubleshooting procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 9-12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration on HANA platform.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis HANA architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages (e.g., shell).
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment.
