Role & responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network connectivity.
- Install and configure new hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Provide timely and effective IT support to end users.
- Manage and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control Systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, EPABX, and other network peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity-related issues.
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and Windows patch updates are properly maintained.
- Monitor daily backup jobs and backup reports.
- Perform periodic restore testing and maintain backup/recovery procedures.
- Manage NAS and cloud backup solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation related to backups and recovery procedures.
- Maintain hardware and software asset inventory.
- Track warranty, AMC,



and renewal activities.
- Maintain backup inventory and related records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for service delivery and issue resolution.
- Support IT infrastructure upgrades, implementations, and new technology projects.
- Travel/visit branch locations whenever required to provide IT support.
