Imago & Getter is a fast-growing Mumbai-based manufacturer of USP compliant disinfectants and hygiene solutions used across Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plants, Cleanrooms, QC Labs, and GMP facilities.

Walnut Advertising is a three-decade young organization that offers design, advertising and marketing solutions to several clients in the FMCG and Pharma space.

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on: Asst Manager- Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring for both these companies operating under a single Management Team. This role will require close collaboration with business leaders to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business needs.

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Working days: Mon to Friday: Work from office. Alternate Saturdays (half days)- WFH

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.

2. Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants.

3. Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.

4. End-to-end coordination for hiring, offer generation,



and ensuring timely joining.

5. Seamless scheduling and conducting of meetings.

6. Managing Induction and Onboarding.

7. Managing employees in the 0 to six-month period ensuring smooth assimilation

8. Collating and publishing reports/ MIS

9. Maintaining recruitment SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in all hiring actions

10. Improving and standardizing recruitment workflows, interview processes, feedback systems etc

Candidate Profile:

1. Formal degree in Human Resources.

2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Talent acquisition in a non-IT industry. Advertising/ Pharma/ Sales hiring exposure will help.

3. Ability to conduct structured interviews.

4. Excellent written and spoken communication.

5. Solid stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

6. Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates
