- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are designed and installed correctly.
- Conduct site visits to inspect MEP installations and identify potential issues or defects.
- Develop detailed designs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting systems in high-rise buildings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations during the construction process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in MEP coordination for residential or commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting systems design principles.
- Experience working on high-rise building projects (e.g., skyscrapers) is an asset.
