- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services.
Job Requirements :
- Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/call center setting preferred but not mandatory.
