Onboard & coordinate with study abroad agents & consultants.
Manage agent kits, course details & application documentation.
Maintain CRM records & achieve conversion targets (5 AM-2 PM).
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with 1-3 yrs exp in student recruitment, lead conversion or agent coordination.
Excellent English communication & negotiation skills.
Comfortable with 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM early morning shift.
