Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign planning, analysis, and management.
- Developing attractive communications and ensuring release via multiple channels such as SMS, Email, WhatsApp, IVR, RCS etc.
- Coordination between various stakeholders such as product teams, CC team, digital campaigns team, vendors, procurement team, agency etc.
- Developing marketing collaterals for internal and branding activities.
- Facilitating printing and delivery to branches & Sales locations
- Designing attractive contest communications.
- Preparing milestones, decks and ppts for weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Planning and managing sponsorship and branding events.
- Implementation of recent processes, customer journeys and scaling up activities.
- Improving knowledge and skills by attending various training programs.
