Role & responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for Classes 610 (ICSE & CBSE).
- Build solid conceptual foundations in Chemistry through engaging and structured classroom teaching.
- Prepare students for school examinations, Science/Chemistry Olympiads, and Foundation-level competitive examinations.
- Develop and solve conceptual, application-based, HOTS, MCQ, and Olympiad-oriented problems.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom notes, assignments, DPPs, tests, and study material as required.
- Ensure timely and effective completion of the prescribed academic curriculum.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyse student performance to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of classroom discipline, engagement, and academic delivery.
- Collaborate with academic teams to develop and continuously improve study material and test content.
- Mentor and motivate students to develop scientific aptitude, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
