Salary: 15,000 - 16,500 In-Hand

SHIFT & WORKING DETAILS

- Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Shift Duration: 10 Hours
- Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
- Weekly Off: As per process requirements
- CAB Facility: Not Available

ELIGIBILITY

- Freshers / Experienced can apply
- Any 12th pass can apply
- Candidates meeting the process requirements
- BTECH/LLB/MBA/BCA/MCA Candidates not eligible

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:-

- Handle customer queries and provide prompt support through chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a qualified, polite, and customer-friendly tone in all conversations.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and service guidelines.




- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
