Freelancer Opportunity Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

We are looking to engage an experienced Freelance Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant who can support us on end-to-end recruitment mandates, including sourcing, candidate screening, market mapping and candidate coordination.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in recruitment / executive search
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills, particularly through Naukri, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Experience hiring across mid-to-senior / leadership roles
- Exposure to Pharma, Life Sciences, FMCG, Healthcare, Manufacturing or related sectors will be an advantage
- Valuable communication and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver against defined timelines

Engagement: Freelance / Project-based
Mode: Remote / Work from Home
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and engagement model.
