Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements.
- Design and document appropriate Oracle Fusion OTL functional solutions.
- Prepare solution documentation including AN100, CM030, AN040, MD050 and related documents.
- Configure Oracle Fusion OTL solutions in development and test environments.
- Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and execute functional and regression test scenarios.
- Provide functional support and guidance to Oracle Fusion users and stakeholders.
- Support Knowledge Transfer and end-user training.
- Work with project teams to deploy solutions to new entities and Joint Ventures.
- Review Oracle quarterly product updates and identify opportunities for improved functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion OTL Functional experience.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion OTL.
- Experience in at least 2 OTL Fusion implementations.




- Strong knowledge of OTL setups and Fast Formulas.
- Experience integrating local attendance and timekeeping systems with Oracle OTL.
- Experience with Absence integration with OTL.
- Strong understanding of Time Entry, Time Calculation and Absence Management.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution definition and functional configuration.
- Robust UAT, regression testing and defect-resolution experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering end-user training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI.

Good to Have

- Oracle Fusion certification.
- Formal Oracle training.
- Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher.
- Experience in Subject Area design and deployment.
