Role & responsibilities

- Lead the development of production plans, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products, collaborating with various departments to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.
- Analyze demand trends, forecast future needs, and develop strategies to align supply with demand.
- Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Monitor stock levels, optimize inventory turnover, and prevent stock outs or excess inventory.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and




develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software: Experience with ERP systems and other planning tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles: Understanding of inventory
management, logistics, and procurement processes.
• Leadership and management skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, if applicable.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field .
• Experience in electronic manufacturing or a related industry .
