Job Title: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager, Design (CATIA V5)in Assembly / Lighting Automobile industry
Location: Noida / Pune
Experience: 6-9 yrs (B. Tech) / 710 yrs (Diploma)

About the Role

Our reputed client a Design Engineer with strong expertise in plastic component design and CATIA V5. The role involves 3D/2D modeling, assembly design, A-class surface analysis, and tooling feasibility for automotive products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D/2D designs and assembly drawings
- Perform A-class surface and feasibility analysis
- Conduct tooling feasibility (draft, slider, lifter)
- Apply GD&T; and DFM/DFA principles
- Work with PLM (Teamcenter) and interpret FEA/Moldflow reports
- Requirements

- B. Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Solid CATIA V5 experience
- Expertise in plastic design, A-surface modeling, and tooling concepts
- Knowledge of GD&T;, DFMEA,



DFA/DFM
- Familiarity with automotive validation processes
