Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager / Training Manager with a robust background in US Healthcare Staffing, particularly Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, train, and mentor a team of 7–10+ US Healthcare Recruiters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure achievement of team targets.
- Conduct recruiter training, coaching, performance reviews, and process improvement sessions.
- Monitor KPIs including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, starts, TAT, and recruiter productivity.
- Review submission quality and develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche healthcare requirements.
- Work closely with Account Management, Compliance, Credentialing, and Client Delivery teams.
- Manage recruitment escalations and ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.





Required Experience
- Strong experience in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment.
- Extensive exposure to Travel RN, RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Travel Nursing recruitment processes.
- Proven experience managing 7–10+ recruiters.
- Strong experience in recruiter training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Experience working in MSP/VMS-driven healthcare staffing environments.
- Exposure to ATS/VMS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, Medefis, HealthTrust, Aya, Fieldglass, Beeline, ShiftWise, StafferLink, or similar platforms.
