Knowledge of Execution, Billing, Quality control in multistoried building.

Collaborate with Engineers, architects etc to determind the specifications of the bills.

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

Prepare & Process Subcontractor Bills.

Prepare Bills as per CPWD Specifications and submit to the client and get it certified.

Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) & Bills with item rates from tender.

Prepare DPR and Labour Productivity.

Prepare Material Reconcillation.

Prepare PRW Bill Reconcillation.

Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.

To take the measurement from the site engineer.

Make BOQ entry in ERP Daily.

Entry of Labour Productivity in ERP Daily.

Check & Verify Bills Produced by Various Site billing engineers.

Check & Verify Payments of vendors.

Check & verify material requirements from sites.
