- Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products (NPI) from concept to mass production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for sheet metal components, switchgear systems, and other electromechanical components.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and communicate status updates to senior management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive industry as an Electrical Draftsman/Electrician or similar role.
- Robust understanding of OEM specifications for NPD projects involving sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects from design through manufacturing using tools like RFQs/RFPs.
