- Overall responsibility for maintenance of forging presses, hammers, furnaces, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room departments.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance budgets, and inventory.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain maintenance records.
- Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
