- Position: Non-IT Recruiter
- Experience: 3+ Years in Non-IT Recruitment
- CTC: 2.5 LPA
- Location: Remote
- 5 days working (9:30 to 6:30), Saturday and Sunday fixed off

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment, client relationships, and multiple hiring assignments while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients across industries.
• Build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive client satisfaction through quality hiring and efficient recruitment processes.
• Take ownership of team targets and deliverables on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Support the Business Lead in managing operations and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Lead and support the recruitment team to ensure smooth and successful operations.
• Identify and resolve potential recruitment bottlenecks to improve Time-to-Hire and process efficiency.




• Define and track team performance goals to improve recruitment productivity and scalability.
• Ensure a positive experience for clients, hiring managers, recruiters, interviewers, and candidates.
• Coordinate job offer approvals and extend verbal offers while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Establish relationships with external organizations for benchmarking, best practices, and continuous learning.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience in the following industries will be preferred:

Telecom | Real Estate | BFSI | FMCG | Oil & Gas | Manufacturing | Logistics | Aviation

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Non-IT Recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
Good client & stakeholder management skills
Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with targets and deliver within timelines
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
