- Manage a team of 15-20 members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Oversee daily operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (preferably).
- Proven track record of managing teams effectively with excellent leadership skills.
