CZI Global Consulting is an international consulting company operating across several markets and currently expanding its business in India. Our Indian office is located at Ambience Mall, Gurugram.
We work in the debt settlement and financial consulting sector, helping clients understand their financial situation and offering appropriate debt resolution solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact new leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand the clients financial situation, total outstanding debt and current repayment challenges.
- Qualify potential clients according to company criteria.
- Clearly explain CZI Global Consulting’s debt settlement services and process.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send commercial proposals to qualified clients.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Work with existing clients regarding pending payments and service continuation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
- Ensure that every lead is contacted quickly and properly followed up.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the legal, operations and customer service teams when required.
- Maintain professional communication and build trust with clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, financial services or customer acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand customers’ financial problems and explain solutions clearly.
- Result-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Experience working with CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Experience in banking, lending, fintech, insurance, debt settlement or financial services will be an additional advantage.
Key Performance Expectations
The role is highly performance-oriented. The employee will be expected to actively work with fresh leads, follow-ups and existing prospects, regularly send proposals and consistently convert qualified leads into new clients.
