Hiring for Senior IT Recruiter for the following-

Job Location - Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.

Experience - Minimum 1 year

5 Days Working

- Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling
- Follow ups & Candidate Engagement
- Report & Data Management

Who we are looking for:

- Enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a staffing/recruitment firm.
- Experience in hiring candidates for multiple clients and managing client-specific recruitment requirements.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling,



and closing candidates for client requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets within timelines.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/staffing, preferably with experience in a staffing firm where the candidate has handled hiring for different clients.

Perks and Benefits- Our compensation includes Monthly Fixed Salary + Incentive. There is no cap on earnings from incentives, which are paid on target achievement.
