- Manage regulatory compliance for life insurance products, ensuring adherence to IRDA guidelines and regulations.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports, including annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents.
- Develop and implement effective compliance management systems to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in regulatory processes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in the life insurance industry or related field.
- Robust understanding of IRDA regulations and guidelines governing life insurance operations.
- Proficiency in preparing complex regulatory reports, including financial statements and statutory disclosures.
- Proven track record of implementing effective compliance management systems.
