- Own the product roadmap and execution for logistics modules.
- Manage order lifecycle, shipment visibility, SLAs, and partner integrations.
- Convert logistics requirements into PRDs, API documentation, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and logistics partners.
- Track and improve product adoption, conversion, retention, and order success.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics tech, supply chain, fulfillment, or last-mile delivery.
- Strong product thinking and logistics domain knowledge.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making and robust execution skills.
- Good understanding of APIs and API structures.
- Comfortable working in large-scale, cross-functional environments.
