Key skills:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation with minimum 7 years in a leadership role.

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably post graduate / MBA

- Proficiency in ERP system, data analytics & team building

- Solid leadership skills, negotiation, online bidding, communication, crisis management, solution provider with out of the box thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop & implement Operational strategies to align with company goals, i.e. delivery timelines, demand fulfillment, cost reduction & increasing profitability.

- Identify inefficiency in system & implement improvement to streamline workflow

- Monitor operational processes Vendor management, Vehicle deployment, pod collection, Meeting timely customer indents,



On time delivery, prompt in handling & resolving in transit issues & mitigating risk

- Operate within budgets, analyze financial data to reduce cost & optimize vendor network & operations efficiency

- Self- starter & lead by example, project management skills

- Negotiate contracts, rates with vehicle suppliers, freight vendors & transporters to secure favourable terms & ensure consistent service level without a miss on deliverables

- Analyse & utilize data driven to generate reports, monitor KPI & drive continuous improvement
