- Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified student leads.
- Screen candidates based on their profile, career goals, and program suitability.
- Manage institute outreach, partnerships, and regular follow-ups.
- Explore recent online and offline channels for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain candidate/partner data and track leads and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead, enrollment, and partnership targets
- 2-5+ years in HR Recruitment, Student Acquisition, Education Sales, Admissions, Placement Services, or related fields.
