Role & responsibilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in KPI analysis, MIS reporting, business analysis, operations analytics, or performance management.
