Prepare & maintain staff schedules based on forecasted demand &business; requirements
Optimize staffing, shrinkage, occupancy, & service levels
Handle shift bidding, shift inflex, and schedule adherence
Required Candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in WFM Scheduling
Knowledge of NICE / IEX/Verint
Positive understanding of Forecasting, Capacity Planning & Scheduling
Experience: 4–5 Years in WFM Scheduling
