- Lead the overall Personal Loan business and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Drive business growth across Payday and Short-Tenure Loan products.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, disbursement, and revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collections teams.
- Monitor key business metrics including disbursement, approval rates, portfolio quality, and collection efficiency.
- Identify market opportunities and improve product performance and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with Risk and Credit teams to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Ensure business processes follow company policies, compliance requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines..
