Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and result-driven City Head to lead our Attedndo team into B2C or Horizontal Industry for New Product/Customer Acquisition. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to manage and drive a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Relationship Managers (RM) in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Two-Wheeler along with Driving License
- Laptop for Client Demo

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage ASMs and RMs in the assigned city/territory.
- Ensure that each ASM and RM achieves their monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews, performance tracking, and data-driven planning.

- Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Own the city-level sales plan and execute it in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within the B2C market segment.
- Collaborate with marketing and central teams to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Process Excellence & Field Management:

- Ensure adherence to sales SOPs,



CRM usage, and reporting discipline.
- Drive on-ground activities and campaigns to boost productivity and visibility.
- Handle escalations and support the field team in complex negotiations or closures.

- Hiring, Training & Team Development:

- Identify manpower needs, participate in hiring, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Drive training, skill enhancement, and motivation programs to improve field effectiveness.

- Customer & Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on local competition, pricing, and customer behaviour.
- Share actionable insights with product and leadership teams to improve offerings.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred .
- Professional experience of 6-9 years in Sales.
