Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of resumes based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or staffing industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
