- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in SOX compliance and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SOX controls and monitor their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation of audit findings, reports, and follow-up actions taken.
- Provide training on SOX compliance policies and procedures to employees.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of SOX compliance requirements and regulations (SOX Section 404).
- Experience with auditing software applications such as Audition or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
