Key responsibilities/activities

1) Operate assigned machines and equipment on the production line

2) Assemble components and products according to specifications

3) Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions 4) Meet daily production targets and output requirements

5) Follow workplace safety policies and procedures

6) Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

7) Maintain a clean and organized work area

8) Record production data accurately

9) Complete shift reports and logs

10) Communicate operational issues during shift handovers

11) Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

12) Participate in training sessions and improvement initiatives

13) Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Preferred candidate profile - Diploma

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
