The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads through calls, virtual meetings, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property presentations and schedule site visits.
- Negotiate and close property deals with customers.
- Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Cross-sell NoBroker's additional services to enhance the customer experience.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and property pricing.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 26 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, BFSI, Investment Advisory, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven with a consultative sales approach.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
- Own vehicle (preferred).
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language.
