Role: Appian Developer / Client Solutions Architect
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai , Pune , Mumbai , Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop technical solutions using the Appian BPM Suite.
- Design integration requirements with third-party platforms and web services.
- Design and implement data models.
- Define architectural and development standards following Appian and client best practices.
- Perform Appian application deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure overall delivery quality.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Work with global teams, business users, architects, and technical teams to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:





- 68 years of experience in Appian Architecture / Design / Development.
- Appian Level 1 Credential preferred.
- Robust experience in Appian BPM / Low-Code solutions.
- Experience with Java / Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with J2EE platforms.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS – Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience in distributed environments.
- Experience with external integrations / Web Services.
- Strong logical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with application deployment and code reviews.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Process Engineering and Low-Code solutions.
- Demonstrable experience with AI/ML implementations.
- Client Solutions Architecture experience.
- Program management experience including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Experience managing global teams in a dynamic environment.
