- Manage pharmacy operations and ensure availability of saleable stock.
- Manage inward, outward, expiry and stock reconciliation of products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Bill both services and products through the billing system.
- Handle day end entries related to billing, stock and transactions.
- Ensure accurate product billing, pricing and discounts as per approved guidelines.
- Monitor near expiry and slow moving stock and highlight the same to the Clinic Manager & doctors.
- Coordinate with the clinic and warehouse teams for stock requirements and replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products as per requirements.
- Maintain required pharmacy records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and billing processes.
- Support the clinic team in resolving product and billing related queries.
