Optimize for:

- Flexible schema evolution
- Highvelocity reads/writes
- Reduced joins via embedded documents

Define indexing and aggregation strategies

Define and execute heterogeneous migration strategy from Oracle to MongoDB

Support:

- Initial bulk data loads
- Incremental / delta migration
- Parallelrun and reconciliation (if required)

Work with cloud teams on AWSbased migration tooling (e.g., DMS / Glue where applicable)

Areas of expertise:

- MongoDB data modelling (document, embedding vs referencing)
- Indexing & aggregation pipelines
- Schema design for microservices & APIs
- MongoDB Atlas (preferred)

POSITIVE TO HAVE SKILLS:
