- Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
- Provide guidance on building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site execution).
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Solid understanding of commercial buildings' design principles and building construction methods.
- Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD for drafting designs.
